๐ฃ๐ฎ๐๐๐ฒ ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ป ๐ฏ๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐. Pausing between bites will help you digest your food and gauge your level of comfort, which will help you determine if youโre truly eating because youโre hungry or because it taste so darn good. If itโs the latter then, slow down sisโฆ
๐๐ฎ๐ ๐ผ๐ป ๐ฎ ๐๐บ๐ฎ๐น๐น๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ฝ๐น๐ฎ๐๐ฒ. Putting smaller portions on a regular size plate will help you psychologically feel like you havenโt eaten enough, although the portion sizes are enough. Therefore filling up a smaller plate with the correct portion sizes helps you feel comfortable with your portion and will prevent adding extra food to your plate.
