Creamy Bacon Mushroom Chicken

This recipe was definitely a hit in my home this week. My husband, who is a self proclaimed chicken connoisseur, absolutely loved this dish and even asked if he could double up on his chicken at dinner. Of course that would mean that we will likely run out of this meal before weeks end, but at least I am keeping my husband happy and not wasting food.
